- Analyze historical sales, current trends, and seasonality to forecast inventory needs across 40+ retail locations.
- Create and manage centralized purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels at each store location.
- Monitor inventory turnover, shrinkage, and in-stock/out-of-stock performance; identify and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track inventory KPIs (e.g., weeks of supply, sell-through rate, stockouts, excess inventory).
- Collaborate closely with store managers, the finance team, and suppliers to align demand planning and replenishment cycles.
- Maintain and optimize inventory management systems to ensure accurate, real-time stock visibility and reporting.
- Support new product rollouts by forecasting initial allocation quantities and replenishment strategies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and contribute to continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and processes.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in our West Allis, Wisconsin office
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain analytics, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., ERPLY, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with centralized inventory ordering processes
- Familiarity with forecasting models and demand planning tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused retail environment
